Using Windows 8 and 8.1 by Scott Hanselman – Great YouTube videos showing some of the new options in Windows 8 and 8.1.  These are fun for the extra tips you may not see somewhere else.  One of my favorites is the What’s new in Windows 8.1 – The Missing Instruction Manual.

GCF LearnFree.org Windows 8 Tutorials – Great Resource.  Has video tutorials as well as written instructions and explanations of terms.  Probably one of the best out there for answering questions and explaining things.
